Review Time
Came here for a consultation last month and the counselor was actually really knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns sha. That part was good but my guy the appointment booking system is frustrating, I waited almost an hour past my scheduled time and nobody even explained why or apologized. The facility itself is nice and clean but for what they charge the waiting time shouldn't be that long, they need to sort out their scheduling sef. I'm on the fence about going back because the actual service was decent but the experience around it made me sour.
