Tried not to think about it too much at first but Viral Value actually helped us nail our brand story. The team understood what we were going for with our company narrative and the strategic media approach was solid. My only gripe sha is that getting updates took forever and they didnt keep us in the loop like they should have. Overall they delivered what was promised but the communication gaps made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.
