Came to try Vinsighte for my elderly uncle who's been struggling with his sight and honestly the technology itself is impressive when it actually works properly. The staff member who set everything up was patient and explained how to use it step by step which I appreciated sha. My problem is the app keeps crashing and when I tried to reach customer support about it they took three days to respond, by which time my uncle had already given up trying. For what they're charging, the support system should be much faster because people depending on this technology can't afford to wait.
