Came for a consultation about my retirement planning and the adviser actually knew his stuff, which was refreshing. Guy explained everything clearly and didn't try to rush me through the process like most places do. My problem sha is the whole back and forth to get documents sorted took weeks when it should have taken days, and nobody really followed up to check if I had questions. For what they charge honestly, the waiting around and slow admin work killed what could have been a solid experience.
