I've tried here for a few months now and the interest rates they offer for small business loans are actually competitive compared to what the banks were asking me. Thing is, the whole approval process sha took almost 3 weeks and I had to come back to their Akure branch like 5 times for different documents they kept saying they needed. The staff could have just told me everything upfront instead of dragging me back and forth when I'm supposed to be managing my food business. Better than the banks I'll give them that, but abeg they need to streamline their process because my money is in their account now earning them interest while I'm still waiting to access my own loan.
