Been coming here for small small loans since last year and honestly VFD has treated me well — the loan officers explain everything clear clear and the interest rates not too bad compared to other microfinance places around Maiduguri. My only gripe sha is their ATM situation; every time I come to withdraw, there's a queue longer than a fuel station line and half the time the machine is out of cash. Last week I came to sort out some business loan renewal and spent 20 minutes just trying to withdraw my balance after we finished, meanwhile I had passengers waiting for me. The staff themselves are friendly and the whole process is quick, but abeg they need more ATMs or better management of the one they have.
