I've tried Verto FX for months now since I need to send money to my sister abroad and the rates are decent compared to what the banks charge. The staff know what they're doing and they explain the whole FX process clearly which I appreciate because honestly at first I no understand how all that cross border payment thing work. My only gripe though is the whole process takes forever even when there's no queue, like I went in last week at 10am and didn't leave till past 11 because their system was just crawling. Still better than the alternatives but abeg they need to sort out those delays because my time matters too.
