Didn't have high hopes honestly but Veritas PFA actually sorted me out well when I came to set up my pension plan. The staff explained everything clear clear and the whole process was smooth, which impressed me for a 19-year-old like me just trying to plan ahead. My only gripe sha is that their website made it look like they had more options than they actually do on ground, so I wasted time researching stuff that wasn't even available. Still 4 stars because the actual service when I got there was solid and they didn't try to rush me through it.
