Long time customer dropping a review finally because I needed to get my KYC sorted and VerifyMe did handle it well sha. My documents were processed properly and the staff actually knew what they were doing unlike some places, but abeg the waiting time was something else. I submitted everything on a Tuesday and didn't get confirmation until Friday when they could have finished by Wednesday if things moved faster. Still good service overall but they need to speed up their timeline because people have lives to live.
