Insurance claims process needs serious work sha

Came to sort out my health coverage since I'm getting older and want something solid for medical emergencies. The staff explained the plans well enough and the premium seemed reasonable for what they offering, but abeg when I tried to file a claim three weeks later the whole thing became a nightmare. They kept asking for documents I already submitted and nobody was picking calls to follow up on my case, by the time they finally processed it I had already paid out of pocket. Mixed feelings because the insurance itself is decent but the after sales service will make you tear your hair out.
