Tried not to think about it too much at first but honestly Vbank's mobile app is actually smooth to use and opening an account was quick sha. Problem is when I tried to transfer money to my mum last week it took almost 3 hours to reflect and customer service didn't pick up when I called to ask what was going on. The app itself works fine and the rates seem okay but if transfers are gonna be slow like that then what's even the point of a digital bank abeg. I'm still using it because I don't have better options right now but I can't confidently recommend it to anyone else yet.
