Frequent customer here and I must say the actual flight experience is solid. Booked my last trip to Lagos and the cabin was clean, staff were friendly, and we arrived on time which aint always guaranteed with airlines these days. My only gripe sha is their online booking system took forever to load and I almost gave up before I finished purchasing my ticket. For a new airline trying to compete, they need to sort out that website because losing customers at the checkout point is just bad business.
