Wasn't even planning to fly ValueJet but my usual airline had no seats so abeg I tried them. The actual flight itself was smooth and on time which surprised me honestly, but the booking website sha — it kept asking me to enter my details over and over, payment gateway crashed twice before it finally went through. Ground staff were helpful when I arrived at the airport but that booking experience alone almost had me taking the bus instead.
