Long time customer dropping a review finally because Value Health Med has been solid for my health checks and diagnostics. The staff know me by name at this point and they explain results clearly which I appreciate, but abeg the waiting time is becoming ridiculous even when you have an appointment. Last visit I was told 20 minutes and sat there almost an hour watching people who came after me get attended to before me. Overall the medical side is good but they need to sort out their scheduling because we no get that kind of time.
