Frequent customer here and I must say Urban Water has been reliable with the water supply to my area in Warri. The water pressure is consistent and it actually comes through most days which is not small thing in Nigeria. My only gripe is their billing department because I got charged twice last month for the same service and had to go back three times before they sorted it. Apart from that issue, they deliver what they promise sef.
