I wasn't sure at first but my daughter convinced me to try Urban Bloom for my farming business account. They actually delivered on growing my content and engagement which surprised me honestly, but sha the communication throughout was terrible and made the whole thing stressful. The person handling my account would go days without responding to messages and I had to chase them multiple times before getting updates. For what I paid I expected better follow up but at least the results were there in the end.
