Long time customer dropping a review finally because I needed to say this. Universal Insurance has treated me well with my policies and the premiums are fair compared to other places, but abeg their claims processing time is something else. I filed a claim three weeks ago and I'm still going back and forth with them asking for the same documents I already submitted. The staff are polite enough but nobody seems to have their act together when it comes to actually paying out. Still better than some options out there which is why I'm staying but they need to sort out that wahala in their back office.
