The rates are competitive compared to other places I checked and the whole process was straightforward sha. My only complaint is their online portal for claims submission is clunky, took me almost an hour to navigate it when I needed to file something. Besides that annoying part though, the service itself is solid and they follow up on your policy which some other insurers don't bother with.
