Been using Universal Insurance for about a year now and honestly they've been solid with the policy itself. The premiums are fair and coverage is what they promised sef. My only gripe is when I had to file a claim last month the back and forth with documentation was a whole wahala like they were making it difficult on purpose. Still gave them 4 stars because outside that headache the actual service is decent, but abeg they need to streamline how they handle claims because nobody has time to be running around with papers in 2024.
