Long time customer dropping a review finally because I need to be fair to Unitrust. Their risk underwriting services are solid and they actually understand what they're doing when you sit down with them, which beats half the insurance companies out there. My only gripe is that when I filed a claim last month it took them almost three weeks to even acknowledge it, and I had to call their office three different times before anyone picked up abeg. Still gave them four stars because when they finally responded the process moved fast, but that initial lag time nearly gave me high blood pressure as a police officer dealing with risky situations, I expect faster action.
