Came to check out their theological diagnostic tools after hearing about them from a colleague and I must say the actual tools themselves are solid, they help break down complex concepts in a way that makes sense. But abeg the customer support when I had issues with one of the tools was frustrating sha, took them almost a week to respond to my email and by then I had already found a workaround myself. For someone like me working as a doctor with tight schedules, waiting that long for help is not something I can manage. The tools work but they need people behind them that actually care about response time.
