Used to be my go-to but last time I came for extensions, I waited almost an hour before anybody even looked in my direction. The stylist who finally attended to me did good work sha, my hair came out looking sharp and the quality of the extensions is legit impressive. My issue is why should I spend that kind of money and still be made to wait like I'm begging for service? Won't lie the ambience is beautiful and they know their craft, but e no easy when your time isn't valued like that.
