I've been using Unified Payments for transfers and bills for a few months now and the service itself is solid. The transactions go through fast and the rates are competitive compared to what other platforms charge, so that part I can't complain about. My only gripe sha is their mobile app keeps crashing when I'm trying to check my transaction history and I've had to reinstall it like three times already. Otherwise they're doing their thing but abeg they should fix that app issue because it's frustrating when you just want to confirm payment.
