I've been with UBA Pensions for about two years now and honestly the fund performance has been solid, can't complain there. The staff are knowledgeable when you finally get through to them sef but abeg their online portal is so clunky it's annoying. I had to call three times last month just to check my contribution status because the website kept timing out. Overall they know their business but they need to fix that portal thing because we're in 2024 and it feels ancient.
