Been using UBA for transactions since I started working as an IT tech and they're solid honestly. The mobile app works fine most times, transfers go through quick, and their ATMs are everywhere in Kano which is convenient. My only gripe is the app interface — it's clunky and could be way better for someone like me who does tech stuff. I no go lie, a bank this big should have a smoother app experience but aside from that I'm satisfied with the service.
