Came for a quick consultation and ended up spending almost two hours in that place sha. The products and services themselves are solid, no complaints there, but the staff seem overwhelmed or understaffed because I watched four people ahead of me get attended to at snail pace. Look, I understand healthcare manufacturing takes time but at least tell customers upfront so we can manage expectations instead of leaving people guessing. Won't say avoid them but go early in the morning or be prepared to waste half your day.
