Came to them for a brand activation event and honestly they delivered on the creative side. The team understood my vision and the execution was solid, but sha the back and forth communication took forever. Emails would take days to get replies and even simple clarifications felt like pulling teeth. For the price tag on event planning though, the final product was worth it so I'm not mad, just saying their coordination process needs work.
