Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to deal with their communication office last month and it was frustrating sef. Guy promised feedback within a week, took almost three weeks before I heard back and by then I had already moved forward with another arrangement. The work itself when it came through was solid I won't complain but abeg the waiting and the lack of updates in between na the problem. Otherwise they know their business well, just need to answer their phones faster and give people timely information.
