Frequent customer here and I must say the diagnostic equipment they supply is quality stuff. My food business needed proper equipment for health checks and what they provided works well, no complaints there. Only thing that annoyed me was the delivery took longer than promised and nobody called to update me until I started chasing them myself. Still gave them another chance and they came through, so I'm not too bitter about it.
