I needed to verify some credit data for a client and came here based on recommendation from another IT guy. The staff explained how their system works and it made sense sha, but the whole thing took longer than it should have because their portal kept timing out and I had to start over twice. For a place that's supposed to be a leading hub, the technical side needs serious work because I ended up spending almost two hours on something that should take 20 minutes. I'll use them again because the data itself was accurate when it finally came through, but they need to fix their backend issues first.
