Came for a quick vault service and ended up spending almost two hours there when they said 45 minutes. The work on my hair turned out really nice I won't lie, but by the time they finished I was already vexed from sitting down. Staff were friendly enough but clearly understaffed that day because only one person was attending to multiple customers. For the price they charge abeg the service should be faster, you can't have people waiting like that.
