Came to check out their social media analytics tool since my boss said we need to understand our trends better, and honestly it delivered. The dashboard shows you what's actually happening with your content instead of guessing, and the reports are detailed without being confusing. My only gripe sha is that their website shows way more features than what you actually get when you sign up, had to contact support to clarify what was real and what was just marketing talk. Still worth it if you serious about tracking your social media though, just don't expect everything they advertise online.
