Used them to ship some fabric samples down to Lagos for a client and honestly the experience was half and half sha. Pickup was smooth and the guy came on time but tracking was confusing and my package took longer than the quoted timeframe to arrive. When I finally got it the items were intact which was good but the communication throughout was poor and I had to chase them multiple times for updates. For a logistics company that's supposed to be their main thing, you'd think they'd be better at keeping customers in the loop abeg.
