Been using TradeDepot for a few months now to stock up my small retail business and honestly the supply chain system works well — prices are competitive and delivery is usually on time. My only real complaint is their mobile app sef, it crashes randomly when I'm trying to place orders and it's frustrating because I'd rather just do everything on my phone instead of sitting down with my laptop. The customer support people are helpful when you reach them but the app experience spoiled what would've been a perfect 5 stars for me. Still, for what I pay I'm satisfied enough to keep using them.
