Used to be my go-to for health insurance but honestly the wahala with filing claims lately has put me off. The plans are decent and coverage is solid, I won't lie, but every time I need to claim something it takes forever and they ask for documents you already submitted. Last month sha I waited almost three weeks just to get approval for a simple procedure and by then I had already paid out of pocket. Service was smoother when I first joined sef but something has changed.
