Came to drop off a parcel and the staff explained how their tracking works which was actually helpful. The issue though is waiting time sha because I stood there for almost 30 minutes before they even processed my package even though there was no queue. Their hub looks organized and they seem to know what they're doing with parcels but the slowness would frustrate anybody, I no go lie. Won't say don't use them but abeg come with patience.
