I've been using Top Up Pharma for some months now and the quality of their local production is legit solid sha. Prices are fair compared to the big pharmacies in town and the staff actually know their stuff when you ask questions about medications. My only small complaint is the waiting time whenever I go there in the afternoon because only two people are attending to customers and by the time they get to you almost 40 minutes has passed. Still coming back though because the products work and they don't cheat you with fake stuff.
