Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to vent somewhere. Tinny Entertainment did solid work branding my music project and the creative direction was exactly what I needed, but abeg the back and forth messaging was frustrating sha. I'd send questions and sometimes wait days for responses when I'm paying them good money for this service. That said the final output was worth it, just wish they could tighten up how they handle client communication because waiting that long for a simple answer is not it.
