Came for a consultation on their mining engineering services and the technical team actually knew their stuff I won't lie. But abeg the waiting time sha almost made me regret coming, took almost an hour before someone sat with me even though I had an appointment. The work itself was solid and they delivered on what they promised but nobody followed up after or explained the next steps clearly. I'll use them again if I need the service but they need to sort out their customer care people because the expertise is there but the experience is frustrating.
