Frequent customer here and I must say The Shoe Lounge does beautiful work with their bespoke footwear. The formal wear options are classy and the craftsmanship is legit. My only gripe sha is that getting your custom order ready takes forever and they don't communicate well about timelines. I had to call three times asking about my shoes before they finally told me it was ready.
