The team responded quickly and was actually helpful in explaining how they work with influencers and what the process involves sha. My only real complaint is that once we started working together, getting updates became like pulling teeth - you send messages and hear nothing for days, then suddenly they flood you with information. Overall they deliver on what they promised but the communication wahala almost made me regret it.
