Came to inquire about scholarship opportunities for my students and the resources they showed me were actually quite helpful and well organized. But abeg, the waiting time was something else. I sat there for almost an hour before anyone came to discuss options with me, and even then the person seemed rushed like they had somewhere else to be. For a place that deals with academic guidance, you'd expect better attention to detail with customers, but I guess I'll give them another try when I have more time.
