I wasn't sure at first but my logistics guy kept pushing me to try Terminal Africa's system for tracking our deliveries and sef it has saved me plenty headache. The dashboard they set up is straightforward enough that even I can use it without calling someone every five minutes. One thing that really got me was how fast their team responded when I had questions about setting it up, like same day replies which for a Nigerian company is saying something. Worth the investment honestly.
