I wasn't sure at first but my office needed managed IT support and someone recommended Tek Experts Hub so we gave them a shot. The technical team knew their stuff and resolved our network issues properly, I won't lie about that. But abeg the response time when we had problems was frustrating, sometimes it took them two days to even acknowledge our tickets when we paying good money for urgent support. Mixed feelings sef because the work itself was solid but the service speed needs serious improvement.
