Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried their digital learning platform since I wanted to upskill myself as a pastor, and honestly the course content was solid and well structured. The modules were easy to follow and they have good variety for different skill levels which impressed me. But chai, their customer support sha is where they are losing people like me because when I had issues accessing my course materials for almost a week, nobody responded to my emails and their chat support kept saying they would escalate the issue without actually solving it. For what they charge monthly, the lack of response time is frustrating and I'm still thinking whether to renew my subscription or try somewhere else.
