I wasn't sure at first but came to TBWA Concept for some advertising campaign consultation and honestly the team really knew their stuff. They showed me concepts and ideas that actually made sense for what I needed, and the creative direction was solid. My only gripe though is the back and forth on feedback took forever like they weren't responding to emails or calls on time, which was frustrating when I had deadlines. Overall decent experience and I'd work with them again but abeg they need to sort their communication game.
