Been using Tangerine Africa for my life insurance for about two years now and honestly the coverage is solid, claims processing is faster than I expected sha. The staff when you call are actually helpful and they explain things without making you feel stupid. My one real complaint though is their online portal for policy updates and statements is clunky, takes forever to load and sometimes you refresh three times before anything happens. For a company focused on being smart and reliable, that portal experience doesn't match the rest, but overall I'm keeping my policy with them.
