Tried not to think about it too much at first but I eventually downloaded the app because my doctor recommended online therapy. The platform itself is easy to use and booking sessions wasn't complicated sha, but finding the right therapist took forever and I ended up switching three times before I found someone decent. First two therapists felt like they weren't really listening to what I was saying, just going through motions, and I wasted money on sessions that didn't help. For a civil servant like me watching my wallet, this costs too much for the hit or miss experience I got, so I'm still undecided if I'll keep going.
