First time using a service like this and they explained everything clearly which I appreciated but abeg their online portal sha needs serious work. The talent management side is solid and their team was patient with my questions but logging in and navigating the dashboard felt like solving a puzzle. Good value for what you get but they should really simplify that system because not everyone is tech savvy like that.
