Frequent customer here and I must say Takeda has what you need when it comes to rare disease medicines sha. The staff know their stuff and they actually explain things well which I appreciate but my guy the waiting time is just too much sometimes. Last visit I waited almost an hour just to get attended to even though there wasn't much of a queue. For a place that deals with medicines this important, they need to sort out their scheduling system because people come here desperate and the wait just adds stress.
